Karthik is an orphan. He falls in love with Anjali while in medical college. However, Anjali’s family doesn’t approve of their relationship, and Karthik and Anjali opt for a registered marriage. Anjali suffers from a rare medical condition that requires her to maintain a body temperature of exactly 28 Degrees Celsius.
